We trust that you are satisfied with your purchase; however, should you wish to cancel or return a product for any reason, you can initiate a return request, but only after the order has been delivered.

Cancellations Prior to Shipping If you decide to cancel your order after placing it, you can do so by contacting us at Enquiries@niyamaessentials.com. Please ensure you include your order number in all correspondence. A refund can be processed within 14 working days from the date of delivery to us.

Returns for Online Orders To initiate a return for your online order, contact us at Enquiries@niyamaessentials.com for further details. Please ensure you include your order number in all correspondence

Refunds Once we receive your return, please allow up to 14 working days for your refund to be processed. The refund will be credited to the original payment method used for the order.

Exclusions, please note that the following items are excluded from this policy:

• Booking Fees
• Personalized Goods
• Services
• Gift Cards

This policy does not affect your statutory rights. In the case of a refund, we will reimburse you for the cost of the goods, including the initial standard delivery charge (excluding any premium delivery option selected during the order).

Your right to return goods may not apply to:

• Items that, due to their nature, cannot be returned or are susceptible to rapid deterioration or expiry.
• Sealed goods that have been opened and are unsuitable for return due to health protection or hygiene reasons.

Your Rights in Case of Product Issues In addition to the rights mentioned above (as per the Consumer Rights Act 2015), if you receive damaged or faulty goods, or if your order does not match your original request, please inform us as soon as possible.
